Prescriptions

Please take your medication exactly as prescribed. We suggest you deal with one pharmacy for all of your prescriptions and get to know the pharmacist who can answer many of your medication-related questions.

Medication refills should be done in person at your appointment, so that the condition being treated can be monitored. We prescribe enough refills to last until we would like to see you again. Please be aware of how much medication you have left so that you can book an appointment with us before you run out. Controlled medications such as narcotics must be renewed in person with your doctor.

Due to the high volume of prescription phone and fax requests we will be charging the patient $20.00 for this service. Pharmacists have the ability to fill a bridging prescription at their discretion and they may bill a fee to you directly.

Please note reprints of provided prescriptions would also be subject to a fee.
